*THE PRIVATE BATHROOM CATEGORY INCLUDES IN THE ROOM: THE SINK AND THE SHOWER. THE TOILET IS LOCATED OUTSIDE, IN THE HALLWAY, LOCKED FOR EXCLUSIVE USE BY EACH GUEST WHO CAN IDENTIFY IT WITH THE SAME ROOM NUMBER ASSIGNED BY BOOKING Our rooms are designed for enjoying tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are primarily designed for rest, considering that some rooms are interior or do not have windows. Please review all the photographs of the accommodations along with the description, as the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room based on the availability of the desired dates. If you are no longer interested, please contact Booking. Smoking or holding parties will result in immediate expulsion and a fine of €99. The loss of the key incurs a fine of €49. If you leave the keys inside the house, you will need to call a locksmith, the cost of which will be borne by the guest. Any damage or breakage caused by the guest will be the guest's responsibility. Any incident caused by the guest that requires assistance outside of the in-person service hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM will incur an additional cost of 20 euros, which must be paid in cash to the person providing the assistance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
