THE TOILET IS LOCATED OUTSIDE, IN THE HALLWAY, LOCKED FOR EXCLUSIVE USE BY EACH GUEST WHO CAN IDENTIFY IT WITH THE SAME ROOM NUMBER ASSIGNED BY BOOKING Our rooms are designed for enjoying tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are primarily designed for rest, considering that some rooms are interior or do not have windows. Please review all the photographs of the accommodations along with the description, as the system will randomly assign you the corresponding room based on the availability of the desired dates. If you are no longer interested, please contact Booking. Smoking or holding parties will result in immediate expulsion and a fine of €99. The loss of the key incurs a fine of €49. If you leave the keys inside the house, you will need to call a locksmith, the cost of which will be borne by the guest. Any damage or breakage caused by the guest will be the guest's responsibility. Any incident caused by the guest that requires assistance outside of the in-person service hours from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM will incur an additional cost of 20 euros, which must be paid in cash to the person providing the assistance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Volvería pero no durante ola de calor que no tiene calefacción"

Muy buena ubicación y respuesta del anfitrión. El cuarto era súper cómodo y limpio. En la habitación de enfrente hubo una discusión, enseguida me comuniqué con el host y respondió y fue enseguida, excelente servicio.

No tenía aire acondicionado o un ventilador de pie solo de techo que durante ola de calor se hace imposible dormir, todo el tiempo transpirando. Muy malo que no tenga aire o aunque sea un ventilador que hiciera refrescar el aire

Локація

Немає шумоізоляції, жарко , постійно гримають дверима.З середини не закривались двері, подзвонили до власників то поставили ще гірші ключі. Це був жах там залишатись. Не раджу це місце. Це був останній раз що я залишалась у хостелі

Hyvä sijainti keskustassa lähellä metroasemaa, siisti ja mukava huone, josta oli näköala kahteen suuntaan. WC oli käytävällä mutta lähellä huonetta

Suihkukopissa ei ollut yhtä seinää, joten vesi saattaa kastella lattian jos ei ole huolellinen

La posizione è veramente eccezionale, nel cuore di La Latina, vicino al centro, zona molto viva piena di ristoranti e vie molto carine. Pulizia corretta e quel poco che c'era in stanza, nuovo

In stanza veramente arredamento basic, sarebbe utile avere almeno due sedie e un ulteriore mobile per appoggiare valigie

The location was great, it was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the room that had a bathroom inside and plan on coming back in the future

The room didn’t have AC, only a ceiling fan which was ok during the days we stayed (early June) but will not be enough during the summer
