It is one of the worst hotels I have ever booked in. Incompetent staff, especially the reception and food, are also very poor. All meals are bad. There is little provision in everything (tissues, water, food, bad staff, very poor cleanliness). *Summary: The height of randomness, stinginess in everything, and lack of professionalism in dealing * An experience that will never be repeated

Pools, Aqua park, pier, wavy sea, reef, clean room, free parking, evening entertainment was funny

Overall not accurate information on booking.com. Upon check-in front office team informed us that we booked soft all-in while on booking.com there is no option to book soft. After long discussion front office gave us all-in bracelets with excuse of upselling. And this you can feel everywhere in the hotel. On the website is mentioned that the hotel have a free wifi however, upon check-in reception informed us that wifi is extra charge and in the lobby area only. Water bottles against extra charge as well, don’t think that you can enjoy cool water on the beach after nice swim. All inclusive is not all-in, most of the alcoholic drinks are against extra charge. A la Carte is not available for one night stay guests. Variety in the main restaurant is poor but acceptable taste. Half of the channels in my room was not working. Water in the room is one small bottle per day per person only. The beach is rocky and sand is not clean from the stones.
