The quality of the water is bad. We got poisoned because of poor-quality water.

The landscape is beautiful and the hotel is very clean.

1) The day of arrival we were first placed in a room that was not prepared (still not cleaned), but this was solved and we got another room. 2) Than there was no WIFI. At the reception they told us WIFI is not available. But during checkout we saw that there is WiFi. 3) The next day no one came to clean the room. We had to call the reception to get it done in the evening. 4) During check in 2 towel cards were handed over to us. We received our towels at the pool and left them after finishing. But than we learned during check out that we should have taken back the cards otherwise we had to pay 400 LE for ech card. No one told us in the beginning that we had to take back these cards. 5) Food and drinks are below average

Everything was perfect. It is super clean, the staff is friendly, food is great, rooms are comfortable and clean.

The beach .. unfortunately iam not a professional swimmer enough to go to this depth

We liked the resort very much as it has a beautiful oceanfront, - Good snorkeling experience, - Large pool with a bar, and helpful staff. - The room was very comfortable and with a good view and landscapes. - Activities centers are within reach. *Mohamad the manager was professional and very helpful and they were kind enough to greet us with pineapple drinks and a cake for our honey moon.

The resort needs better management as the reception staff is inexperienced. The restaurant utensils were very dirty. The location is not in Marsa Alam but actually a 1-hour drive, and its in the middle of no-where.

Everything was great, the hotel cleanness, staff especially the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, the beach and pool staff were very nice When I booked I mentioned that my daughter's birthday will be during the stay and they made us a surprise with a cake and a small celebration, we liked it very much The night shows were very interesting. Me and my family liked the hotel very much

The beach and the sea was very clean however it was very rocky under the water

i liked animation team and there activities reception staff and pool par staff are good and helpful

there is no diversification in food but still the quality of food is good i noticed some of staff has doubled standards when dealing with Egyptain and foreigners , the priority always for foreigners , i think that is not professional thing
