The staff is super friendly. The interior design of the hotel and specially the rooms is amazing with very good illumination. Everything is clean and neat . The snorkeling spot is fabulous . The shows are very entertaining .Loved the pools . The aqua park is very nice and well maintained but needs expansion. The beach is sandy and very clean , having a water shoes is a must

The food quality and variety need huge improvement . All the juice and soft drinks are mixed with water . They also use powdered milk , no organic milk available . The snacks are really really bad . No lights at the kids area at night . They turn off the AC at the lobby which is super awkward, I’ve never seen something like this ever before .
