Beautiful property, general size rooms, very clean, large breakfast with much variety, very polite staff

Our first night the front desk guy was very nice, but he kept lying about sending out a maintenance man to fix the TV in our room that didn’t work. Even at 11 o’clock at night, he said the guy was still gonna come out. The next morning, we went to the front desk and the two ladies there never even read on Paperwork that there was an issue with our TV so he never did update anyone that we had a bad TV and didn’t seem to really care about his customer service to us, but the girls were amazing and came in and fixed our TV within 510 minutes and never had an issue since. So they were amazing
