The facility was clean.

The male staff was incredibly rude and made everyone uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn't warm, and even though we were pretty much the only people in the hotel, we felt as if we were a nuisance. The employee kept coming up to us asking if we knew people from another Grand Stay located in Faribault, and if we did, he used to be her boss, and whatever she said it wasn't true. We never once said we knew anyone from the GrandSTAY.
