Közvetlen a tengerpart mellett volt, csodaszép kilátás volt a tetőteraszról. Könnyen be lehetett jutni a szállásra.

Nem volt pontos a leírás és a képek, a "konyha" másik szinten volt volt, mint a szobák. Nagyon szűk lépcsősor vezetett fel a szobákhoz, ahol hiába volt légkondi, a kinti 12 fokok a szobákban is érezhetőek voltak a rosszul záródó nyílászárók miatt. A melegvíz az úgy hébe-hóba jött, plusz takaró nem volt. Nyáron ez biztos kellemes, de így márciusban -egy ilyen hideg és esős márciusban- ez nagyon kellemetlen volt. A konyha nem igazán volt felszerelve, hiányos étkészletek, a szivacs higiéniájáról nem is beszélve.
