Verde a Mare

Very good location, I just had to walk along one of the main Streets and I was already at flat, yet still away from the busy crowd. The rooftop terrace is really nice, the room is actually comfortable and was easy to access. It was perfect for one night. For a longer stay it might not be ideal.

The walls looked a bit moldy, or at least the plaster was crumbling in some places, and the shower wasn’t clean, which was a bit strange. Otherwise it seemed nicely cleaned, but these details were a little odd.

Good location

If you have trouble getting in, trying to contact the owner gets an answering machine. The room is dirty, including the bedding.I didn't use the common areas, but such a strange, dirty storage space next to the kitchen is something unusual.terrible bed... on the plus side you fall into a hole like a cocoon.

La posizione

La pulizia e lo stato della camera da rivedere. Ritengo che un minimo di manutenzione della camera risolverebbe di gran lunga il problema strutturale. Ma la cosa più negativa è stata trovare il bagno sporco di peli e pipì….onestamente imperdonabile nonostante il proprietario si sia messo a disposizione trovandoci un’altro alloggio e nel bel mezzo della serata abbiamo dovuto rifare i bagagli e spostarci. Piccola parentesi, prima di soggiornare avevo esplicitamente chiesto al proprietario di avere un occhio in più sulla pulizia proprio alla luce di precedenti recensioni, e nonostante lui mi abbia confermato la sua attenzione, quando siamo arrivati sul posto non è stato coerente.

The location is very good- in a touristy part but far enough to be quiet. It was clean and nice decor. The roof terrace was great but again it would be nice to have more sitting facilities there.

The kitchen facilities had nothing in it- 3 plates and two mugs. For 3 rooms sharing it was far from enough. Please add the basics to the kitchen and also we were given one toilet roll for 3 nights stay… Those are basics which each hotel should provide.

Quelle sera c'era parecchio vento, ma ciò non toglie che il bagno e la terrazza hanno creato problemi. Mi spiego meglio, nel bagno posto in alto c'era una finestra di aerazione che era motorizzata peccato che i fili non erano collegati e quindi essendo aperta per tutta la notte si è sentito un rumore pazzesco dovuto dal vento forte, che entrano in bagno essendo un locale chiuso faceva effetto tifone, cosicché anche tenendo la porta chiusa per cercare di tamponare anche il freddo abbiamo passato una notte insonne. La terrazza: 1) chi è stato quel genio per non dire "stupido ignorante ... ecc ecc " che ha messo del fili di ferro a mò di tirante ad altezza torace per fissare l'antenna sull'ultimo gradino della scala? 2) dalla stanza si sentiva sbattere in continuazione, pertanto dopo un certo tempo ho deciso di provare a vedere da dove venisse, uscendo dalla stanza mi accorgo che c'erano dei gradini ho immaginato il terrazzo, infatti era presente un tavolo e sedie che ovviamente servono per le belle serate d'estate, ma in quella sera di vento le ante ribaltabili del tavolo sbattevano all'impazzata e così l'ho accostato al muro e posto fine al rumore

Достатньо важко було розібратися як попасти в квартиру. Не було прямого зв'язку з власником. Реєстрація через сайт. Потратила приблизно час щоб достатися приміщення.
