Hotel Marabout - Families and Couples Only

The room was very good but it was smaller then the indication in the website. We were very snug with the additional bed for my son.

The hotel needs to ne cleaned daily especially the main areas, the glass doors always dirty, the elevator always sticky with gunk, there was never enough glasses for the all inclusive bars and the service was very slow. In addition i was promised that there would be gluten free options and this was never the case, i had to ask chef of the day which was a bit difficult being that the staff changed daily and there was a language barrier. The snack bar area didnt offer any gluten free option at all. No replacement bread was offered when asked for it and was told to go and buy at the store. One of the days I got sick due to eating something with wheat in it. It was not pleasant and I missed an excursion. The service was very slow but friendly. The all inclusive package listed that it offered a variety of liquor and beers but only one type of beer was availbale and all drinks were never cold enough, and no ice was provided. The glasses for the drinks looked like shot glasses and it was never easy to get a drink during a meal.

Swimming pools, aqua park, beach , activities during season ,especially for children, variety of food ( breakfast and dinner) , room area

There is no Internet in the rooms during my stay , the hotel building needs to renew , the staff need more training to make guests's saty more comfortable. There is no shampoo or essentials in the room

I liked the property they didn’t let me in the same room with my girlfriend as I’m Muslim even tho I’m British citizen

Good food and lovely swimming pools and garden

The staff are very bad and the treatment is bad also the room is not clean

Staff were lovely , the place is very clean the rooms are cleaned daily , the food is stunning there was such a good mix of food , water and drinks are not included but very cheap to buy , the restaurant staff are very attentive and want you to enjoy your experience. You can buy charging cable for the corner gift shop called travelex next door , the pool is nice and warm and they have outdoor pools and slides , they have a spa but the other hotels in the strip also have spas and restaurants and there is a sushi place walking distance , the supermarket smaller mini markets and a pharmacy are walking distance most medication including antibiotics can be bought without a prescription . There are other restaurants onsite and the pizza and pastas are delicious . It's definitely a kid friendly place

The place does look dated but is definitely is not dirty the staff work hard to keep it clean
