Brisa Literaria para 3 en Las Letras, Ventura de la Vega

A localização é ótima, bem próximo do Puerta del Sol (centro da cidade). O apartamento é muito bom, bem espaçoso, mobília nova. Possibilitou entrar no imóvel uma hora antes (às 14h), o que nos ajudou muito para deixar as malas.

Péssima comunicação do responsável com o hóspede (foto em anexo). Só responde por Whatsapp e muitas vezes leva horas pra retornar (se retornar). Tentei telefonar algumas vezes (falo Espanhol e Inglês) e NUNCA atendeu. Acesso ao edifício. Para entrar no prédio, tem um link que ao clicar abre a porta. Mas tem vezes que pede "Identity Verification", um código que vai para o email da pessoa que fez a locação (foto em anexo). Isso dificulta para os outros hóspedes que não tem o email registrado no acesso ao prédio. Facilitem esse acesso ao prédio. Banho frio. Ficamos 2 noites e na primeira, somente uma pessoa conseguiu banho quente (levou 10 minutos na ducha). O proprietário respondeu no outro dia que tem que esperar. Quem quer esperar quando se tem somente 2 dias em Madrid? As hóspedes mulheres ficaram sem lavar os cabelos com medo da água esfriar. Fogão difícil de usar. Deveriam dispor de orientações no local para auxiliar o hóspede. Wi-fi desconecta. Toda vez que entra no apartamento, precisa colocar novamente usuário e senha porque o Wi-fi não memoriza.

Nunca en la vida me habían dado una atención tan mala , no contestan , te habilitan el ingreso cuando se les canta la gana y entre otras cosas . En pocas palabras ; un desastre !!!

El piso en si era muy cómodo

No habia cosas básicas como jabón de manos, que en ningun otro apartamento al que he ido ha faltado, enfin podía haber estado mas completo pero bueno. También el personal te tenia que mandar un link para abrir el portal y me respondieron 5 horas mas tarde🫠 menos mal que tuvimos suerte que una muchacha que iba a entrar nos dejó pasar

Très bon loft, confortable avec toute les commodités pour y séjourner. L'emplacement central est parfait, a proximité des endroits principaux à visiter. Puerta del sol est à 2 pas par exemple. Le seul point vraiment négatif est que la rue est très très bruyante...La rue est pleine de restaurants, bars..mais surtout en face d'une discothèque.....qui ouvre 3 jours de suite et de minuit à 6h du mat....

Location

Although the studio itself is ok and its location is great, all the rest was a catastrophe which we never experienced throughout 25 years of regular travelling. Because of the awful check-in organisation and complicated door opening system we couldn't get in the building and therefore didn't sleep the whole first night and was very close to repeat it in the second. Our neighbours, who saved us, had the same problems and could confirm it, so it wasn't only our situation. Our flight arrived in Madrid with a big delay, so we came to the apartment building about 4 a.m. The instructions how to get in were very complicated but they also didn't work because the necessary links were somehow removed from the email and message in Booking which they sent to us. Later they told us that they sent it also by What's App but it appeared they did it to the wrong number. It was no possibility to call the hosts, all phones didn't answer in the night, and also no some emergency physical key. So, we had to sit in the lobby of the hostel across the street from 4 to 8 a.m. Only at 8 somebody came out of the building, and we caught that moment to get inside and then to the apartment because we had the pass to the room. After short sleep we tried to call to the hosts again because it was still necessary to resolve the problem with the pass for outside door. They didn't answer for 2 hours, and we reached them from approximately the tenth call. Only after that they sent us the link to the right What's App number. But at the same late evening the situation almost repeated: the outside door didn't open even with this new link, nobody received calls and messages. We have video to confirm that we did everything right but the door just was not working.

Great location, cleaning, and availability of the staff.

The hair dryer was missing, even though the staff told me it should have been there. There wasn’t any complimentary welcome (coffee caps, teas, etc…), as it normally is.
