The apartment was spacious and clean. Its prime location made exploring the city a breeze, with many attractions within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable.

The process of entering the property proved to be a challenge. The instructions provided via email were in Spanish, which posed a barrier for me as I couldn't comprehend them. As a result, we struggled to figure out how to access the apartment and communicate with the owner effectively. Additionally, upon arrival, we discovered there was no WiFi network or instructions provided, leaving us without internet access throughout our stay. Furthermore, the absence of a TV remote control meant we were unable to use the television. The shower tub was found to be broken. I wrote to the owner in English about this but I didn't get a reply.

Host sent a video on how to collect the keys on arrival, this was super helpful!

The host could have been more responsive. A week prior to departure I asked questions for further clarifications but did not receive a reply until 2 days before departure.

Great location, comfy bed, clean, spacious, kitchen had all your basic utensils.

Hosts were slow to respond when I couldn’t locate the WiFi router (heard from them 2 days later) and they mistakenly noted that I was going to be checking out 2 days earlier than my booking so I was locked out of the apartment at 1:20am one night panicking because the digital key to open the front door wasn’t working. Thankfully someone responded on the app and re-set the key for me.
