"Too expensive and disappointing"

The bed was lovely and comfortable and the shower was lovely

The dust on top on the tv was thick . The English tea bags was short on supply as was milk and sugar in the room. The toilet stopped flushing on our 2nd night stay at 1 am in the morning. Was only ever once 1 person on reception the whole time we was there . Wouldn’t pay that price again

"Brilliant hotel, restaurant & bar"

Lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly, easy check-in and a lovely room. The restaurant and bar was really nice too - we enjoyed a delicious meal on our first night and an equally delicious breakfast!

Das Frühstück ist typisch englisch, was nicht anders zu erwarten ist. Die Lage ist für meine Zwecke perfekt. Leider gehen manche Zimmer zur Straße raus, was schon mal lauter werden kann, wenn der Verkehr morgens zunimmt.

"Nice Hotel"

Plenty of car parking space. Pleasant efficient staff at check in. Clean spacious room. Nice food served in the bar, due to a function in the restaurant. Easy efficient checkout.

"Good overnight stay great food at dinner"

Lovely old Building very tastefully decorated and rquipped

Shower was slippery and no slip mat or hand rail really worried about slipping and there was a sharp corner on the side by the sink that could have been dangerous in case of a fall
