Staff were all very friendly and helped us immediately with an query we had. So quiet considering its right next to a main road. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Really nice place to stay with friendly staff, the room was nice and spacious with a large bathroom. Plenty of parking and a nice riverside walk nearby. Good food, we ate in the restaurant one night, and the breakfasts were lovely. The bar area was very welcoming and a nice place to enjoy food and drink. Lovely outside areas with string lights and a nice courtyard.

Unfortunately, the room was a bit on the cold side, the radiator was barely warm and the mattress was a bit on the hard side for us. Strangely the toiletries for the bath and shower were fixed to the wall at the shower end of the bath, so if you were taking a bath you couldn't reach any of them, they need moving to the middle or just have free standing mini size products! We did ask for more teabags for the room, via reception which we didn't get.
