Excellent centre location

3rd floor not suitable for 80 year olds not described fully on booking. Com Balcony railings rusty never painted for ever outside table rusted away and unsafe outside lights broke + floor tiles unsafe

Fabulous location

The Location was excellent - the place clearly was good when first opened, although the climb to the third floor was a little strenuous. Clean and tidy internally but beginning to look a little tired.

See pictures below! Their advertising shows a wonderfully clean balcony - not peppered with bird droppings and moss, which should at least have been cleaned and cleared for our arrival. The balcony chairs were in a poor state of repair, one with a broken slat others covered in green mould. The toilet roll holder was virtually broken and hung limply towards the floor. The shower head was held by a piece of string!! And yet these are advertised as luxury apartments, and priced accordingly. How long does it take to fix a broken shower head? Very poor maintenance standards.

Location

The Stairs

Good location, very clean, great views over the Dart. A light and airy apartment, great balcony. Even made use of the washing machine which was very handy.

A very comfortable apartment and we were fine but just to be aware, there were three flights of stairs ie if you’re older or have children! Car park is about a 10 minute walk away which is understandable given it is Dartmouth and limited parking.

Perfect location! Spotlessly clean, although sofas need a clean

Bit tired in some areas. Balcony area needs attention, slabs dirty and cracked in places

View was suburb but the stairs were a killer
