Could do with being a bit warmer

Fantastic location, beautiful views and well set up - really appreciated the Christmassy touch with a decorated Christmas tree in the sitting room!

Nothing - lovely property

The property is above the Coffee house so very easy and accessible to town.

Parking was a long wsy from the property. On the Winter its worth mentionin that winter parking applies and you can park on the river front. Also a cafetiere in the house would be perfect.

Amazing position overlooking the Dart which even on a wet & windy winter day was fab. Very clean and well laid out apartment .

There were only 3 dinner plates and no side plates . Luckily we ate out so this didn’t bother us but will need to be rectified for future guests . The three flights of stairs were quite hard work but worth it for the view and the quiet.

Nothing to dislike

The location was fantastic with views straight out to the estuary from one bedroom and the living /dining room. Having a balcony was great and we all loved the decor of the apartment.

The central location and view over the harbour were stunning. The apartment was clean and modern. Having Rockfish close by was a particular bonus.

Having to go up three flights of stairs was rather tiresome, but I guess that's the price you pay for getting such a great view over the harbour.
