Inside the apartment everything was clean and it was well kitted out. It was comfortable and tastefully furnished. The apartment is in an excellent position overlooking the harbour and very convenient for town-centre facilities. The view from the lounge window was great and very interesting to observe at just about any time of day. The electric heating radiators were very effective and simple to use. (Also it is good that customers are forewarned about the stairs so we were expecting the several flights).

The balcony deck and guttering was messy and needed a good clean up, which put us off from using it. There were a few internal fittings which need attention/re-fixing. (A loose door handle, wobbly toilet roll holder, unstable wall clothes pole/hanger in second bedroom). Some of the details in the information folder also need updating. The bedrooms could do with a small chair or table for cases etc. The internal issues mentioned are only minor but they detracted from the overall feeling of quality.

Excellent location, right on the quayside. Free parking about 10mins away. Lovely balcony with fantastic views, just a shame that the iron balustrade was so rusty - flakes of rust flying around in wind.

Let down by small things that should be quickly, cheaply and easily rectified. eg plenty of hangers but only 2 doors had hooks, Freezer compartment looked as if it had never been thawed out and was impossible to store anything in, duvet far too small for double bed, nowhere to store bathroom toiletries, only one of the bedside lights could reach a socket - had to borrow an extension cable from the maintenance man!

Lovely apartment with exceptional view. It had everything we needed and was very well presented. Easy checkin too, parking space 5 mins walk away was a bonus. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment. Couple of issues with a wobbly toilet seat, and a couple of other things could do with updating. But lovely apartment with a fantastic view!

As a suggestion, would be good to email people with the car parking slip and better directions to the car parking spot and entrance to the apartment.

Excellent location and incredible view! The flat is well furnished and equipped with everything you need for a nice family holiday.

The apartment is gorgeous! Beautifully styled rooms, everything you needed there. Great location right on the harbour front. Lovely terrace, beautiful views, can be a little noisy but that's to be expected when you are right on the front.

Directions could just be a little clearer, it's the door between The Yorkshire Building Society and the Mussel cafe that you need I think. Also the number 11 on the car parking space is wearing off so when you are in the car it looks like a 0. There was no welcome pack of some milk or anything else as we've often had at other apartments. And the check in time of 4pm is quite late particularly considering check out is early at 10am?

Die Möwen sitzen buchstäblich auf der Terrasse und direkt oberhalb des Schlafzimmers auf dem Dach. Sie sind sehr laut. Wenn die Wohnung mir gehören würde, würde ich mich erkundigen, was ich für technische, bauliche Möglichkeiten gäbe, dass die Möwen keine Lust mehr hätten, sich auf der Terrasse/Dach niederzulassen.
