"The best view and location in Dartmouth."

The view was exceptional, as well as the location. So central in Dartmouth. And included parking nearby. What more could you want?

Three flights of steps but the view and location makes that worthwhile. Not like that wasn’t clear when booking either.

Nice view, lots of space, great location. Nice kitchen.

The main bed was very tired so we slept on the two single beds. Lots of stairs.

Only thing booking . Com gave us a key code and got a second one from riverside tried to use the booking.com one not realising they were both different

Great place to stay the only thing would be to paint the balcony bars as rust hanging off every bit of it.

Views over the harbour, layout, size Great location

Security - would have preferred to have some additional security on the outer door Seagulls - some greater protection eg spikes to stop seagulls perching on the roof. Constant droppings make the balcony basically unusable
