Stunning views from the apartment, conveniently located in the town centre. Very clean and equipped with everything you need for a short stay.

Location is exceptional, the cleanliness of the property was,excellent.

Stairs and the living room needed additional heating, too cold with only one small radiator.

Location was perfect, balcony was a lovely touch. The weather was terrible so we spent most of of time in the apartment and cooked a lovely evening meal. Kitchen facilities were spot on. I've even just ordered a coffee machine like the one in the kitchen. Decor was stunning. I've taken photos of all the things I liked. Simple but so beautiful. Found it quite hard to leave to be honest. We will be visiting again in the summer. So happy

I couldn't fault the place other than some very loud flapping and rolling noises in the night but that was due to be wind being very strong.

The location was perfect the view from the lounge and main bedroom were amazing, it's very convenient for all facilities in the town and being out of season we were able to park outside the property.

The apartment is very noisy which you would expect being in the middle of the town but we didn't expect quite so much from the chillers outside the window and very early morning deliveries below, the apartment was quite cold on arrival and the extra fan provided only blew cold air so no help, when we eventually got hold of the number provided for help they did send some blankets up for us as there were none at the property, the double bed duvet is far to small with wrong size duvet cover for duvet which didn't help, cutlery was not clean looks like it hadn't been used in a while.

Couldn’t find the parking, sat nav kept trying to send us down a road not suitable for cars.

A fantastic location over looking the river Dart, with a wonderful full width balcony accessed via doors from the good sized living room and front bedroom- great on a warm day and the view fantastic even in the middle of winter. Close to all the restaurants and shops and ferries Wonderful hot water. White Company hand soap, body lotion and shampoo, and enough towels and loo roll. The flat was nice and clean There were wall heaters which worked well in the bedrooms and a towel rail to warm the bathroom Blankets in the living room for the sofa The kitchen had the very basic needs - coffee pods, tea, sugar, s&p and washing up liquid, but not much else. The allocated parking space was great once we had phoned to find it had a new number.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor, its a long way up, but we knew this so it was ok. No good for the unfit. The shower pressure was pretty low. The master bed was a double, so small and soft which was a shame. the other bed was a zip and link king. The wall heater in the living room wasn't wonderfully effective, just kept the area by the table warm, but we had lots of warm clothes The lack of washing up gloves, cling film, silver foil, tissues, side plates and normal wine and champagne glasses was annoying - we made do with what there was. Just a bit disappointing
