Good location. Had to provide our own breakfast.

No shaving point plug for toothbrush.

Stunning, central quayside area with outstanding views. Immaculate interior with everything in order & that we needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely friendly & helpful call with details in advance. Perfect.

Nothing at all. (The balcony railings could do with a lick of paint, but weathering is to be expected given the location)

Location, views, beds / sleeping arrangements. Close to shops and river front / ferries

Only small things. I know the seagulls make a mess but maybe give the main windows 🪟 sliding doors to bedroom and living room a wipe before guests check in, not when the previous booking checks out. A couple more milk sachets would have been appreciated (plenty tea, coffee, sugar etc.) As we ran out on 1st morning before the shops opened.

Location is spectacular right in the heart of Dartmouth with one of the best views in the town. Apartment is well kitted out with two comfy bedrooms a smart bathroom well equipped compact kitchen and a beautiful lounge diner with views of everything going on in Dartmouth and Kingswier

The Penthouse is obviously the best but that comes at a price of stairs to get there but it is definitely worth it for the view and the huge balcony

The apartment was in a fantastic location with great views over the river. There were lots of restaurants and cafes close by so there were plenty of places to eat and drink,

It was difficult to park and unload luggage on arrival as the allotted parking place was a short walk away.

A bit old dated but clean and tidy, few steps up and down (didn’t bother us but be aware)
