I found the 'check-in' quite complicated. All the instructions were sent in Spanish and I don't speak it. It requires downloading an app and uploading codes for two doors. Trying to do all this on the street in 40 degree heat was a challenge! Aside from the codes - the apt is quite nice, comfortable and has everything I needed. It's on a busy street, so can be noisy but thankfully there was no noise after 11pm.

The check-in was very complicated - for me.

Todo bien.... el alojamiento tal cual a las fotos publicadas.... ubicación ok....

Por poner una pequeña mejora.... las ventanas no aíslan mucho el ruido de la calle ...y por la noche se oye el ruido de la gente q transitaa

El departamento estaba bien, bastante ruidoso , pero el edificio muy sucio . Tuvimos problemas para ingresar y la ayuda del anfitrión no fue buena.

No me gustó el sistema de ingreso,es demasiado complicado ,baje la app que nos indicaron para abrir las puertas de abajo y del departamento y no nos permitió hacerlo. Gracias a la buena disposición de la encargada nos lo solucionó. Para personas mayores es demasiado complicado .

Não foi possível falar com os funcionários. A abertura da porta é através de uma aplicação. Foi preciso ajudar outros hóspedes durante a madrugada e ninguém atendeu o telefone

La ubicación y limpieza.

El ruido de la calle es horrible, los ventanales no tienen un buen aislamiento, así que no puedes dormir tranquilamente, además las cortinas de la habitación dejan entrar la luz y te despierta aunque no quieras e incluso de noche si te gusta dormir a oscuras es imposible. La experiencia para acceder al apartamento, larga y tedioso, te obligan a descargarte una app para poder acceder y para terminar si necesitas factura, estás obligado a mandar un mail para solicitarlo, otra incomodidad más que sumar. Además si llamas al teléfono te atiende una señorita arta de atender clientes con los mismos problemas, que no no resulta agradable. No lo aconsejo ni creo que repita.
