UBPOD- The First Capsule Hotel in Mongolia

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and open areas were clean and maintained. The single occupancy room with private bath was small but also comfortable. Breakfast was nutritious.

Water pressure and hot water temperature was lacking. Not a dislike, but the elevator, does not reach the 6th floor, where UBPod is located. If you have heavy luggage, you’ll just need to lug it up one flight of steps. Highly recommend against using rolling luggage in Mongolia. Most roads and streets are full of pot holes and uneven surfaces.

UB Pod hotel was perfect for our needs. We did trips around Mongolia and returned to sleep and refresh here everytime we came back to Ulaanbaatar. The quality-price ratio exceeded all our expectations. The hotel was well-maintained, clean, and peaceful, and the staff was extremely helpful. Happy to leave a positive review.

Everything, especially the Lady who was in charge, she was so helpful. We stayed only two nights for a layover back home but we liked it very much. We booked a double room, small, but more than enough.

Staff was sooo friendly. They had offered via messaging if I needed pick up from my previous hotel (for a fee) and I was so grateful because I didn’t want to deal with finding a taxi on my own. I also had a lot of luggage and they were so helpful in helping me feel settled in. The facilities were super clean and I enjoyed my capsule bed a lot. Staff was so friendly and breakfast was great. Definitely hope to be back!!

I got confused when booking I thought I booked a private room but actually a capsule bed. They also have bunk beds (non-capsule).
