I stayed at Nalini Hotel and Apartments in Da Nang for 4 nights. The location was great, close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, though it was a bit noisy at night. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was perfect for a longer stay.

However, one of the bedrooms had no window, which made it feel a bit closed in. I stayed in Room 302, which didn’t have a balcony or large windows like some of the other rooms in the building. The apartment was clean but felt a bit dated and could really benefit from some renovation. I also noticed a few small bugs and even a cockroach, which was a downside. Overall, it’s a good value for the space and location, but future guests should be aware of the room layout and building condition. With some updates and better pest control, this place has great potential

shower had very hot water and great pressure, good location for spas and places to eat and to walk to the beach

pillows smelled awful and sheets were excessively old and pilled. much more basic room than photos and reviews suggested. we didn't expect luxury for the price, but we expect better than it was compared to other places we have stayed for similar prices

Super good location, the beach is a 5 minute walk. Everything can be found in the area easily. The food in the restaurant downstairs was very delicius.

The street is quite noisy until 1am, it's a bit hard to fall asleep.

The hotel is in My An district. Perfect Location to explore the city. The bed sheets had the nicest cotton we have ever slept in. The host is also a great cook. We ate multiple times and the food was more than 5 stars. The room was also very very big, bigger than a studio.

Nothing to dislike.

The owners are very nice and helpful. The location is just two blocks from the beach and very convenient to walk to restaurants, however if your room faces the street you will get a lot of music noise from a bar across the street playing until 11pm or so every day

Pictures are deceptive - the room looks a lot more run down in reality with many stains on the wall which are likely mold. The place needs a deep clean, there were areas which had a ton of built up dust and grime such as behind the fridge or on top of the bathroom shelf. Bathroom fixtures are partly broken. I saw a cockroach in the room right next to the bed. The curtains feel very dirty when touched

Everything is good. Location especially. And the price.
