"Don’t stay if you’re noise sensitive."

Staff are wonderful, kind and friendly. Bed was comfy, shower nice and hot. Location is excellent for easily getting to everything and 2 min from beach.

I can’t recommend staying here if you are noise sensitive. I ended up checking out early because it was too much. Incredibly loud music and karaoke EVERY night until midnight and then loud music again at 7 am. My room had no soundproofing from outside. The room and hotel generally didn’t feel clean. The room is very shabby and smells very musty. If these things don’t bother you then it’s good value for money given the location.

"cocktail of bugs and prostitutes"

I have started here about year ago and whit no hesitation booked . Sadly there are a lot of changes in negative way happening.

I encountered bed bugs during my stay, and there was a disturbance at 4 am when a person entered the neighboring room with a client. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests' comfort and safety.

"Great stay in DaNang"

Excellent location in Da Nang, only 100m to the best beach and the area around the Hotel is by far the best location in Da Nang with so many amazing restaurants in the close vicinity. Our studio room was massive, two king size comfortable beds, a dining table and kitchenette. The bathroom was nice and the rain shower is a nice touch too. The staff are friendly and the value for money is 10 out of 10. We never used the air-conditioning as the fan provided was sufficient enough and the street below is nice and quiet too. Highly recommended.

Everything exceeded our expectations.
