NALINI Hotel & Apartment

The location was great. And room large and clean. Staff was very kind as well. It was also quiet and wifi was good. Great for short stays.

Comfortable, clean with kitchen and balcony

Good location, less than 5 minutes from a nice beach. A lot of convenience stores, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby.

Our room had three different species of ants crawling all around the dining table and the bathroom. In the bathroom itself, the liquid hand-soap dispenser was empty and when we asked to refill it, staff said they had none left and we should use shower gel?? The faucet in the bathroom sink was barely holding on, one wrong movement and it falls out. The room was promised to have a sea view and a balcony, but the balcony was tiny and you could only see a fracture of the beach, blocked by some ugly building. The whole place just didn’t feel very clean, there were weird white stains on the sofa and everything felt like it was falling apart. There was no closet and no full body mirror (the only mirror was in the bathroom). Moreover, the room was located in the attic! We had elevator only until one floor below and always had to climb one more set of stairs. The laundry room was right in front of our room which made us feel like we were not paying guests of this hotel but someone staying there for free out of host’s goodwill. The ceiling was very low and it just made the whole place very uncomfortable. Staff was rather unfriendly and wouldn’t even say hi back to us when we greet them. There was no cleaning provided, towels never changed in the 3 days we stayed there. I don’t know how this can be considered a 4-star hotel and how it can have such high ratings. Pretty sure that good reviews are fake. There are plenty other options nearby the beach and we regret not spending our money in a different hotel.

Affordable price, friendly staff, good access to the sea. I recommend eating rice noodles at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel :)

Loud, right out on party street. Room was much more basic than looked in the pictures.

there was a power outage when we just arrived at hotel around 11 PM. we needed to take a shower and rest because we had early morning schedule the next day, but we couldn't do anything at all since everything was so dark and nothing worked and it's very hot. and our handphone battery already dropped. but what i hate the most was the staff didn't have any backup plan at all during this emergency. i'd be appreciate if they could provide an emergency lights or lightstick to each room so at least we could see in the dark.
