"Loved this hotel will definitely stay here again"

We were located right on the Zocolo with a beautiful view from the rooftop bar and restuarant. So close to all the sights. The hotel provided a free city walking tour which ran every day - so fabulous to get your bearings so you can really enjoy yourself.There is also a 24 hour cafe which is free and so convenient we had an early tour leaving at 5am and was able to get coffees and some breakfast before we went.

It is a great option for guest. Convenient, good quality, beautiful restaurant, perfect location.

Hotel should advise guest about the taxi service we can get through them, when checking in. It is a very safe and nice option that not everyone knows.

"Amazing hotel, would stay again if im back in CDMX"

Amazing location, beautiful hotel, great facilities such as cold bottled water available, snack bar, etc. A particular thanks to a concierge called Raul who went out of his way to help me one day as I was waiting on an uber while some nearby streets were closed due to a protest. He couldn't have been more helpful or kinder and I wished I had gotten to thank him properly afterwards in person but didn't see him again. Loved this hotel so much.
