Excellent staff, they welcome ua us with shop of tequila or beer while completing the checking. Excellent customer service. Great location near the Zocalo, Metropolitan Catedral, Temple Mayor. The bar for food and drinks open 24 hours. Clean room and gym.

Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, ist die Cafeteria. Das Personal war nicht professionell und auch nicht sehr freundlich. Es müsste klarer angegeben werden, was konsumiert werden kann. Ich wollte ein Glas Prosecco, aber den gab es nicht, obwohl ich die Flaschen sah. Ich wollte auch dafür bezahlen, aber die Antwort war sehr unklar. Schade … ausserdem hat es mich sehr gestört, dass ich der Cafeteria Einweggeschirr - also Plastic und Kunststoff verwendet wird. Das ist nicht ökologisch und müsste unbedingt geändert werden.

Dritter Aufenthalt hier: - Sehr schöne Einrichtung des Hotels, inklusive kostenloser Bar in der Lobby mit guten Snacks und Drinks - Zimmer geräumig, insbesondere die Suiten mit Blick auf den Plaza de la Constitución sind super - Frühstück auf der Dachterasse mit guter Auswahl und super Atmosphäre
