The location and the rooftop restaurant are excellent. There are details too that make a difference, such as unlimited bottled water in a fridge in the hall that you can help yourself to. A very good hotel.

The air conditioning was noisy in our room but that’s ok.

The Concierge was excellent, the staff was outstanding and everyone was helpful. Also the amenities were great?

The bed was too soft and the pillows were not good, however my wife approved both the mattress and the pillows.

All the staff were really worried to make our days in Mexico City specials. Because it was Christmas they prepared a surprise to my son, he wrote a letter to Santa that he had chose a gift to receive and Santa gave it to Him at Christmas Eve. It was very special!

Truly top-tier guest services staff - welcoming and professional. Any questions/ needs were anticipated before I could even ask. Check-in/out was quick and seamless. The hotel had an overall calm, cool, and quiet feel - very restful. I slept well with the comfortable mattress, sheets, and pillows, along with solid blackout curtain curtains; the snug window seal kept street sounds to a minimum. The entire hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Well-located for all sites in the historic center and just steps from the Metro/Bus lines, which can take you everywhere else in the city. Amenities: On-site 24/7 cafe was perfect for grab-and-go items, particularly coffee/yogurt/fruit for an early morning flight. I paid for the hotel’s taxi service back to the airport instead of a less expensive Uber - the comfort, reliability, and included wait-time were well worth the premium, and I’d recommend utilizing the service from airport to hotel as well. Free, unlimited, chilled bottled water in a fridge on each floor was very welcome.

I was unable to set the room thermostat as low as I would have liked.
