The Location was good

Poor communication. Every time one sends a message a different person responds fit’s a cocktail of responses. Also the feed backs over delay

The apartment was well located from where we needed to go, so was very convenient. I liked the little attention to detail, having tea, coffee and sugar and milk supplied as well as dishwasher tabs.

Check in is stated to be from 15h00. Even though I requested a 17h00 check in, the unit should be ready by 15h00. Our plans changed, I wanted to check i earlier but the unit was not ready. The housekeeping staff was overwhelmed with the workload. I didn't enjoy the spring mattress but was happy that pillow and mattress protectors were being used. General thigs that get touched a lot could have been cleaner.

Space of the apartment was amazing for a large group of people. Facilities inside were just what the doctor ordered. Staff was very helpful on late arrival: we really appreciated the effort made to accommodate. Location is great; apartments are there on the main road. Access to e-hailing is quick, safe, and very convenient.

Bath showers is most recommended for second bathroom.

We loved the location, the layout of the apartment, the friendly security guards, the pool and parking. The apartment had sufficient towels, toiletries and dishes.

As we travelled with 3 over 70 year olds, it is worth noting the apartment has no lifts and we were on the second floor. The bath tub is very high and difficult for the elderly to climb in. The mattresses are too soft that they sink in. Perhaps they could be replaced with firmer mattresses (our personal preference). Beware there is no convenient place at the apartment to store your luggage should you arrive before check-in (we had to leave the luggage at the managing agents offices) and check in time is too late.

The property is in a safe location.it is very homey,comfortable and cozy

the comfort of the rooms ,it was so clean and beautiful, there was no complains we access the rooms immediately when we arrived, everything was on point.

We were checked in very late.We had to wait for them to clean!

Everything. We were in secured building with a gardian round the clock. Closed and secured parking lot. The flat is great and we are 10 min away from the warterfront on foot. We were a group of 8 of us and we took 2 flats and we did not regret it. There is a little supermarket-woolworth- 2 min away and some.bakeries as well !

We would have liked a Coffee machine and some more blankets since it was quite cold and we did not want to leave the reversible air conditioner on all night long. But these are little détails. I really recommend this place.
