Location was great if you need something close to places like the V&A or CTICC etc. The AC works well throughout the unit. The unit is decently sized, so you will have plenty of room for all 6 guests.

The place wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived, in fact, one of the toilets was messed by I assume the previous guests. Really didn't get the stay of to a good start. That wasn't helped either by the fact that check in was late, even after confirming times with the liaison person. When we were eventually given access, the cleaner was still cleaning & even once they left, another cleaner had to come through later to finish up the balcony. The internet connection was terrible, very choppy & doesn't reach everywhere in the unit. Not ideal if you have work to do or virtual meetings scheduled. There is no lift for this 2nd floor unit, so if you are traveling with a lot of baggage or for work with equipment, keep that in mind. The bathroom windows are not frosted, nor are there blinds etc. Which means people in the other buildings can clearly see into both bathrooms. The curtains are not blackout curtains & in some cases don't fully close in the reveal of the windows, which means in the main bedroom, the moment the sun rises, the sun aligns perfectly with where your head is resting on the right hand side of the bed. Great if you wake up early, not so great if you were up late & need to sleep in. The pictures on the Advert are misleading. While yes, it is part of the Warwick & you enter through there, this unit is in a much older building which is essentially next to the fancy building shown in the pictures.

That we had security 24/7 and the staff by the reception area they were very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and we had access anytime of the day.The apartment is very modern and has everything you might need.

It was large enough for the 5 if us. There's a pool on premise. It's pretty close to the V&A waterfront. However too far to walk it. Kitchen had the necessary tools. There's a nice grocery store walking distance. Secure and safe premise with parking on site.

It was noisy, from the road, from the stairway, from near by construction. Perhaps a better front door would improve from noise in the stairs.

Place was neat

there was no emergency light for load shedding. and the person who was handing over the key was very impatient, didn't explain how to use equipment and utensils there.

Clean, safe, easy access

Waiting time to access the property...nearly 1 hr.. Unacceptable, especially with kids
