Deluxe Double Room - Deansgate, Manchester

This was one of the worst experiences I ever received off a property. It was the most unprofessional service I’ve ever witnessed. They cancelled on me. That’s fine things happen. They then had the audacity to proceed to tell me I had to cancel the booking which would result in me paying £100. If you cancel a booking on someone it’s unprofessional to except the other person to pay. I ended up having to pay for another property due to this cancellation and also deal with the stress of this property. I never received any apology at all. I hope no one else experiences the same but be careful with this property.

It wasn't as clean as expected especially the kitchen tools, plates etc. The rest was okay. Also the bathroom had a leak in the bath so the floor was always full of water. Maybe consider fix this. I asked for more towels and they brought it the next day.

The apartment is perfect! Spacious, clean and comfortable. It has all the things you need while on a holiday.

The location is excellent. Less than 10 minutes walk to Deansgate or the arena. Nice sitting room and bedroom.
