El barrio en el que se ubica es tranquilo y tiene de todo... Bares, cafeterías, tiendas de alimentación.

Los dormitorios están en la planta sótano y no tienen ventilación ni iluminación natural

A localização é muito boa , pois tem parada de ônibus e tem a estação de metrô usera que também é muito pertinho além de ter supermercado , restaurantes e lojinha de conveniência ao lado . Os panos de cama e toalhas tinha tudo certinho . A limpeza estava ok e no apartamento tinha produtos de limpeza a vontade . Fica à beira da avenida , mas o isolamento é bom não ouvimos nadinha nenhum barulho .

Não gostei na acomodação foi o fato de não ter panelas suficientes tem apenas duas frigideiras e um papeiro , precisa disponibilizar panelas P ,M , G . Outro ponto o sofá cama que fica na sala está avariado , pois a parte que fica os pés não segura bem tive que colocar as almofadas para poder segurar porque se não fosse assim não dava para deitar . Os quartos que ficam na parte debaixo não tem janela isso é um ponto ruim , mas só para dormi foi tranquilo .
