Very friendly and helpful stuff. The apartment has a large space, comfortable to stay in it for 6 people. Everything looks like on the photos. The neighbourhood isn't the nicest of Madrid but you feel safe and there are excelent food places and shops.

There are two bedrooms in the basement which have airconditioning and air fan but the bathroom there needs some fan to avoid the bad smell but it was not disturbing our stay.

The price was good. Close to the bus stations and metro. Located in a sort of a Chinatown - some great restaurants

Communication with the owner wasn’t the best, I had to call him because he wasn’t answering my messages. The apartment has 2 floors, the bedrooms are located downstairs in a basement. In one of the bedrooms there is a big area on the ceiling that is peeling and chipping. There was only one trash bag and the soap in one of the bathrooms was nearly finished when we arrived.
