Die Gastgeberin Rosanna war sehr freundlich und hat ein tolles Frühstück vorbereitet mit frischen Backwaren wie Croissants , Brötchen, Focaccia und Kaffee, Tee & Ei. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer hat eine schöne indiskrete Beleuchtung und die Lage war top, 3 Minuten von Bari Bahnhof mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und Supermärkten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten drei Übernachtungen in einem Zimmer mit Balkon und Morgensonne, was sehr angenehm war. Unsere Koffer konnten wir am Abreisetag- trotz Check out- in der Unterkunft lassen, toller Service on top !

Wenn alle drei Zimmer in der Unterkunft belegt sind und die Gäste gleichzeitig frühstücken, ist die Tisch-Situation etwas beengt….aber das ist „meckern“ auf hohen Niveau 😅

Très grande chambre avec un très grand balcon. Grand salle de bain. Possibilité de déposer ses bagages avant le Check in et après le Check out.

Pas de tapis de bain dans la salle de bain, une seule grande serviette par personne. Du flou dans le service du petit déjeuner…

For reasons explained below we stayed in the Junior Suite and the King Room. The Junior Suite is a spacious room with plenty of shelving and a good quality bathroom and shower.

The rooms are managed “tightly” - cheap toiletries, no hand towels (just two clean but grubby-looking bidet towels), bedsheets were not ironed and very little by way of furnishings and furniture. The first impression of seeing un-ironed sheets isn’t good. Also the balcony had not been cleaned so it wasn’t so good walking out there barefoot. We had booked and paid for two nights in the Junior Suite. We arrived and were given the King Room. Maybe it was a booking platform issue rather than caused by the owner, but it was handled very badly. We were not warned in advance. Initially we were told we were in the right room and were made to feel that we were causing the problem and had to justify what we were saying. Eventually the following morning the mistake was admitted (with a very swift and perfunctory apology) but still downplayed on the grounds that the King and the Junior Suite are very similar. We were moved into the Suite. Our view is that they are not similar. The Junior Suite is a much better room than the King (that’s why it costs more!) The King is much smaller with a lower quality bathroom - it’s fairly basic. We had quite a lot or hassle over it all and felt it was very badly handled - not what you want on your holiday. If you book and pay for a more expensive room you should get that room! And if you don’t then the host shouldn’t be arguing with you about it. The location is great for the train station and airport bus but a bit of a walk into the centre. It’s a bit seedy (often the case near railway stations) - though it didn’t feel unsafe and it’s fine if you walk 200/300 metres towards the city. The apartment block is very ordinary with a very small lift. We twice confirmed with the host that we would like breakfast at 8am but she didn’t turn up till 8:10, serving breakfast at 8:15am. These things matter when you have train/bus/plane to catch. We normally rate places between 8 and 10 but this did not live up to expectations

Great location. Rosanna was delightful and very helpful. Would recommend and will return.

A mirror in the bedroom would be helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities to use in the evening would have been nice.

Great communication prior to check in. Central location. Property is very clean. Comfortable room and a lovely breakfast. You could not expect more for the price point.
