PLLokalizacja jest niesamowitym plusem, trzy kroki od Bari Centrale, wszędzie blisko a zarazem bardzo spokojnie. Obsługa bez zarzutu, pokoje sprzątane codziennie, dyskretna obecność personelu, bardzo dobre włoskie śniadania. Rosanna, dziękujemy!

We had a few issues with accessing the property initially but after this was resolved there was nothing to dislike, however an extra hand towel and face cloth would have been appreciated.

Nous avons choisi cet hébergement car il était indiqué qu’il disposait de parking mais ce n’est en réalité pas le cas. Aucune option n’est possible gratuitement à proximité. Nous avons dû garer la voiture dans un sous terrain pour 20€ la journée. Au niveau du Check in, il n’y a personne sur place et les infos fournies ne sont pas simples à comprendre. Clou du spectacle, la personne en charge ouvre la porte à distance. Nous avons donc été réveillées en plein milieu de la nuit par des personnes qui étaient bloquées dehors et à qui il fallait ouvrir… nous avons reçu des excuses mais aucun geste commercial pour le dérangement. Enfin nous avions demandé à garder la chambre une heure de plus car mon amie avait un entretien d’embauche en visio mais cette simple demande a été refusée sous prétexte que l’établissement était uniquement un « bed and breakfast ». Aucune recommandation de café au calme n’a été proposée non plus.
