We had a great night for 23 of us for a Xmas meal - and a number of us stayed the night and had an equally excellent Full English in the morning

There is only a small area to sit after the meal and no real bar area - they make good use of all the space with tables for diners, but it would have been better for our needs if there was a bar area

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, hot shower.

Shower head wouldn’t fit in the holder which made it awkward to shower. Hinge on toilet seat broken. Room was cold when we arrived.
