It was a total waste of time and money... We booked the villa. There was no proper toiletries given. The property does not have a working kitchen. In our 3 days stay, the swimming pool was under cleaning process for 2 days. The staff was very rude to even acknowledge that swimming pool was supposed to be clean.

Nothing... This Kavitha lady is very unprofessional and a big scammer. Not only us, but there was a group of 21 people who got scammed just like us.

The owner "kavitha" was rude. We paid the advanced and booked the villa with balcony, upon reaching, she said that the room is not available and offered us standard room at the price of the villa. She refused to reduce the price, which was listed on booking.com, and very rudely, she told if you want to stay, go for the demanded amount(actual amount: 7000, amount she was asking: 9000) or else you can go. I've many bookings and i can not wait for you to confirm. I think they don't understand the meaning of reservation and advanced because clearly the hotel is running on a first come basis.

Absolutely nothing.

The number of rooms shown on booking.com is false. Only half the rooms available. Horrible communication. Arrogant owner.
