Not sure how you cannot flush toilet paper down a toilet in 2026. I live in the U.S. and still can’t understand that one. Would like real coffee brewed in about, not instant

Great location.. walking distance from the train station and right outside the bus stop where the bus to Machu Pichu leaves. The location couldn't be any better - walking distance to restaurants, local markets, etc. Staff was very accommodating - allowed for us to leave our luggage after check out. Great value for money, comfortable beds, clean rooms and excellent breakfast

Nothing jumps to mind - but yes, since there's no lift, those who can't climb long stairs, should try to secure lower floors.

Las personas son muy amables, el desayuno muy rico, las vistas fenomenales.

Solo hay escaleras y cada piso tiene una sola habitacion. Hasi que es un poco dificil pedir otra habitacion o hacer late check out si el lugar esta lleno o viajas con un grupo grande. La entrada es dentro de la misma tienda.

Si las ventanas están abiertas de ve todo desde la calle, pero no pasamos mucho tiempo en el hotel

Close to everything you need.

We were overcharged by around 10% when paying for the room, which was disappointing from the beginning. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t improve much from there. Housekeeping was non existent - our room wasn’t made up when requested, fresh towels weren’t provided even when we asked and when asking for extra toilet paper they give you 1 roll at a time. The hotel photos also don’t accurately reflect the actual property or rooms. Breakfast was included in our booking, but initially staff told us there was no breakfast until we translated the booking confirmation. We were then told it was served from 6–8am on level 6, however it wasn’t available on our final morning? The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was extremely small, and the street noise was constant. You can hear dogs barking, people yelling and general street noise throughout the night and early morning. I know I can be particular when travelling, but I do feel these issues are worth mentioning so future guests know what to expect. As I felt like I was staying at a hostel/motor inn. Especially at $120 per night.

Não gostei pois um funcionário falou que era 10 soles por hora para guardar a mal mais na hora do pagamento falou 10 dólares. Então antes de fechar algo deixa tudo esclarecido para não ter problema algum. I didn't like it because an employee said it was 10 soles per hour to store the suitcase, but when it came time to pay, they said 10 dollars. I suggest clarifying everything before finalizing anything to avoid any problems.

buena ubicación porque está cerca del bus para salir a machupicchu, nos hicieron el desayuno para llevar por MP y valoramos el gesto.

La entrada un local comercial y es un poco raro. Nos tocó el segundo piso y la verdad teníamos un bar pegado al lado, veías al que se estaba tomando la cerveza en tu ventana no había privacidad, NO HAY VENTANAS, lasventanas eran nulas y se escucha el del ruido de la calle y del río. El alojamiento es muy ruidoso, El baño es muy pequeño. Si querés descansar o tener privacidad no es bueno. Si mejoran las ventanas sería mucho mejor
