Местоположение (если ехать утром на Мачу- Пикчу то очередь на автобус начинается на выходе из отеля), персонал. Ранний завтрак с 05:30.

La habitación es igual a la foto, una vista hermosa y muy cómoda, tiene buen Internet y cuenta con agua de cortesía, hervidor, tazas y té.

Es un edificio angosto, que no cuenta con ascensor, nos toco en el 5to piso y subir casi 60 escalones, nos dejo sin aliento jajaja

Perto de tudo, principalmente do local onde pega o ônibus para subir a Machu Piccho. A dormida é mt legal pois escutamos o barulhinho das aguas do rio todo o tempo, e isso nos trouxe um conforto.

A acomodação não dispõe de elevador e nem de funcionários, o tempo todo, na recepção. Na nossa estadia faltou papel higiênico e não tinha a quem recorrer. Banheiro sem boxe de vidro e isso nao está retratado nas fotos do Booking..

Desde fuera es pequeño, nos costó encontrarlo pero desde la llegada el personal súper amable, las habitaciones súper cómodas y limpias, con todo lo necesario y más. Teníamos una excursión muy temprano y nos dejaron un desayuno espectacular empaquetado para llevar y el desayuno en el lugar súper completo y abundante. El lugar es muy tranquilo

I visited Aguas Caliente 8 years ago, but did not make the hotel reservations. This time, I wanted to be near the train station and buses to Machu Picchu rather than hike up the hill on cobblestone streets. The hotel room was just as advertised, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a nice view and access to the market and the Ministry of Culture, which was convenient for getting a ticket for our 2nd day. The hotel only had 5 rooms, each faced the same location with the same views, though varied depending on what floor you were on. The 6th floor was breakfast, and due to the time for people to leave to visit Machu Picchu, they always asked what time we would like breakfast. The first day, they packed us a very nice lunch, though we had to eat it on the bus since food and beverages are not allowed into Machu Picchu. Another unique thing was that the hotel was above and part of a souvenir shop run by the owners of the hotel. They were lovely people and very kind to us, despite not speaking too much English, but thankfully, Google Translate was accessible. I would definitely stay there again if I ever find myself in Aguas Caliente in the future. Oh, and there was a water heater and variety of teas for our consumption, which was wonderful.

The stairs, but that was mostly due to the elevation, and it wiped me out now and again, especially if I had to make multiple trips due to forgetting something in the room.
