Close to the bus station to purchase tickets, and close to the train station for both arrival and departure. Staff was very friendly I needed my insulin in the fridge for longer than my stay and it was no issue. They also allowed us to keep our luggage as we went to Machu Picchu.

The location was convenient, near the bus stop. The staff were responsive and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.

It was a bit difficult to find (behind a shop) but the hotel staff contacted us to see if we needed directions, which was helpful.

Loved the location, the view from the room and all the amenities. We appreciated the breakfast that was prepared for us on the day of our Machu Picchu trip. The staff went out of their way to pack our breakfast since we had an early morning that day.
