"Conveniente"

Un lugar muy cómodo y conveniente. Cerca de la estación de tren, y al lado de la parada de bus para subir a Machu Picchu. El desayuno incluido se agradece, sobre todo si uno sale muy temprano y no tiene tiempo de parar por ahí. Las habitaciones está muy limpias y cuidadas

"Didn't trust the mgt. Felt cheated by rate of exchange & fees. Eventually they removed the cc fees"

The location

This hotel is above a shop, with no lobby at all, The staff does NOT speak English and everyone leaves at 8:00pm. The room does not offer hot water from the sink basin The room does not have good lighting in the bathroom The wifi is spotty, could not send mail. No safes in room, no English tv. They use a bad rate of exchange when charging your cc the dollar amount into Salas, and want to charge 5% cc fees!!!

Habitación muy cómoda, limpia, preciosa vista, excelente desayuno, ubicación inmejorable y personal muy atento. Se nos quedó dinero en la habitación e hicieron todas las gestiones para devolverlo, muchas gracias por la ayuda!!!

Las escaleras; como estábamos en 5to piso se hacia un poco difícil subir y bajar.
