Paea's Guest House

Affordable accommodation. We stayed 2 nights while transiting. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The single beds have new medium to firm mattresses. The queen bed was softer which suited me. It was away from traffic.

I think the photos in the listing were taken a while ago as things were a bit different. We could only use the electric fry pan for cooking as the stove was temporarily out of action.

I had an amazing experience at the Guest House. The host is very welcoming. A very home like feeling. Highly recommended. I would definitely stay again.

Love the location it’s quiet and out of town

Very good location and service

Breakfast was perfect for us and was not rushed. We were able to have what we liked and had storage and fridge freezer to keep our food fresh.

Amazing people willing to help with everything. Easy communication with them. Clean, comfortable bedroom. Calm area. Breakfast included.

We arrived late at night and were made to feel very welcome. There was some confusion with our booking and we were upgraded for free to the guest house, then got a free ride to the wharf in the morning. Lovely host 10/10

The host was very friendly, kind and helpful. Lot of space in the room and compare to the other places we stayed at in Nuku’alofa it was very quiet during the night.

It is a little far from the downtown, but still okay.

This was our first time at Paea’s and we arrived in the middle of the night. Paea was waiting for us at the airport and we were pleased to go home to a very clean bedroom. Paea took us back to the airport in the morning on our way to Ha’apai. The house is clean and we felt very good there so we already booked another 4 night stay when we are back to Tongatapu.

We liked everything, honestly. It was just a short stay but as two girls traveling together we felt safe.
