The facility is new, the unit is equipped with everything that we required like iron, washing machine, water filter, mini fridge etc. The view from the unit was great. The location is not really that far from attractions, reachable mostly by walking distance .

The refund of deposit takes too long, slightly over 7 days despite of our reminders to them. If this is their standard practice, it is not competitive as compared to other offerings. This put us off. Other places that we stayed will refund us immediately or within 24 hours.
