"Dissapointing with cleaniness"

The location is ok. Walkable distance to Johnker street (ard 20mins) Property provide carpark.

When we first step in our unit (A-09-05), the unit is very smelly… then we found out the toilet bowl is not fully flush (with some shxt leftover)! I dont know why is this happen if the unit is clean by cleaner before we chk-in. Easily can see lots of dust accumulate on the ceiling lighting. Next thing… which we totally cannot accept! During night, when we came back from Johker street. We found there are lots of cockroaches all around the unit! Bathroom, Kitchen, Basin, First room, Second room, Washing machine area everywhere you can see little cockroaches crawing here and there!

"Staycation with Friends"

Good location, near but not too near to Jonker, best to have a car. Overall the unit was clean and had all amenities, the same as the pictures. I appreciated the 2 bottles of free water given. Beds were comfy and aircon was super cold. I also enjoyed the infinity pool and the view was great 😄

The parking is super confusing. When we first arrived we encountered a rather rude guard who did not give us clear directions, and afterward we had to go on a maze climb up to our allocated spot. The parking is also kind of dark so it's difficult to see the box number that you're supposed to park in. Another thing, not sure if the apartment is supposed to have netflix but there is a netflix account signed in but you're unable to watch anything because it says it's a foreign account.

Everything! Great location just 10-15 mins walk from Jonker Staff v attentive and responsive on WhatsApp Building staff friendly Good price Good facilities - very handy to have washing machine on site Netflix
