I book the hotel from Booking.com when I reached the hotel they cancel my booking and give my book room to another person. I was with my family with little child ..worst Hotel .. Don't book this hotel the all are fraud .

The Location was nearly to Mumbai railway station, from where you can get transport easily.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from June 11th to June 13th. Unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing, and the service fell far short of basic hospitality standards. Several major issues impacted my stay: Poor Staff Responsiveness: The staff was uncooperative. Whenever I requested assistance or asked for something, the response was either significantly delayed or completely ignored. Lack of Basic Amenities & Cleanliness: Essential daily items such as soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush were not provided in the room. Furthermore, the overall cleaning and dusting of the room were very poorly managed. Extremely Limited Breakfast: The breakfast options were highly restricted and lacked proper variety. Complete Failure of Room Service: The most frustrating incident occurred when I left my room key at the reception specifically requesting the room to be cleaned before heading out to explore Mumbai. When I returned that night around 9:00 PM, the room was exactly as I had left it—completely uncleaned.
