Hotel Victoria Palace - South Mumbai

Size of room was nice

Hotel reception staff unfriendly - scoffed at me when I was paying with card. Laundry was at an additional fee which was undisclosed prior to doing laundry. 1 load costed me 1100 rupee which is $18 AUD which is absurd. Toilet seat was broken and room was right next to reception desk and you xan hear everything going outside late into the night.

Rooms were okay

Location was pathetic with no place even to bring vehicles. Also there is always some loading unloading activity happening here . Also looks very suspicious.

On a pas pû rentré dans l'hôtel ascenseur ne marchait il paraît il n'y avait pas électricité, l'hôtel trouvé a 8 étage est je suis handicapé ,le quartier est pourri,
