GBGood Breakfast and the swimming pool. We had an upgrade to the room which was nice.
FRGBWe loved the facilities in the hotel, really beautiful setting and the pool, spa and pool bar were lovely.
They didn't have the room ready for us when we checked in, until one hour after check in. I had to tell them I was really disappointed, they then did give a spa voucher and a free transfer back to the airport which was a nice gesture. It seems the staff are quite new and their English is not the best, appreciate it's only been open 6 months or so, so there could be teething problems. The housekeeping is quite clearly understaffed, a few occasions we'd come back to our room at 1pm and it still was not made up.
FRTrès beau coin piscine, on a envie d'y passer des heures. Notre chambre était grande et propre, lit très confortable ! Beaucoup de choix au petit dejeuner et globalement bon. Proche du centre historique de Hoi An (5mn en voiture ou scooter).
