AULiked everything, friendly staff. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The gentleman overseeing breakfast restaurant was a polite, friendly and lovely man. Sorry forgot his name. Great pool and plenty of pool lounges.

GBGorgeous boutique hotel with a fabulous pool and beautiful grounds. The location is good in a fairly quiet part of town, about 15 minutes walk from the old town. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the old town or to the beach. They also have free bikes to rent. The rooms are well decorated with firm but comfortable beds. I recommend block 3 for the best rooms. The free breakfast was good with lovely omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. The setting by the small lake was very tranquil. We also made good use of the hotel spa for massages and other treatments. The best thing about the hotel was the staff who were always friendly and helpful.
Our first room had some noisy neighbours but the staff moved us to better room in block 3 straight away.

BETrès bel hôtel, tout était nickel
NLWe had a lovely stay here while enjoying Hoi An. Well-located, not in the busy city-centre but still very central. We could walk everywhere or take the free provided bikes or shuttle service. Pool and pool-side beds were great.
A minor request but it would be great to have towels provided in the gym.

GBBuffet breakfast was always a great start to the day. The pool area is very relaxing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I think we are likely to return one day
Everything was fine, but the cleaners need to up their game in sweeping the floor.
