Float uniquely on Liverpool Waterfront on our high end 8 berth Houseboat

I got it for my daughter and the dogs for her birthday they loved it it was in a lovely location would definitely go again without the dogs next time highly recommended

The steps at the side was a bit difficult with 2 of her dogs had to be carried down the steps

Great location, good contact with the owner, quiet at night, lots of room inside, decent kitchen, clean

Outlook from balcony in lounge.

Not very clean, shower mat dirty, drawers in one double bedroom full of various things, clothes, wires, electric stuff. Only one drawer available to use which was dirty inside with a sticky patch also, had to clean it before being able to use. Ventilation fan in bathroom dirty, and rug in lounge needs cleaning. If 6 people were staying there not enough plates, cutlery. Big sliding doors off lounge leading onto balcony smashed in a couple of places which made opening & shutting it difficult. Big decking area on top needs good clean & tidy up and stairs down to entrance door could do with handrail, have to be very careful going down them, also wire ropes at side of steps broken at top, this only thing to hang onto as you go up & down. Needs a good clean, repairs done to all problems and a spruce up. Floor in kitchen not good.

We loved our stay, the boat is so unique and a really great place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. The sun was shining and we had a fab time sat on the deck having a few drinks. Great location to the Arena but in a nice quiet part of the docks.

It was right next to a busy pub and overall the accommodation was tired!

It's spacious

Lots of repairs needed: broken patio door (glass is cracked and very difficult to open), laminate flooring coming apart in the kitchen, chips and scrapes in the bath, broken blinds in bedrooms and bathroom, large smashed mirror left on decking, dog muck in several places on the deck at arrival (although the owner did send some to clear this up straight away).
