Float uniquely on Liverpool Waterfront on our high end 8 berth Houseboat

Everything was great. Very easy check in and check out. Liverpool's main attractions are within walking distance. Martin was always in touch and ready to help.

Stunning location and property. The houseboat is just stunning with a mixture of old and new furnishings. I struggle to sleep in other beds but bed and pillows were so comfortable. There is nothing lacking. You couldn’t ask for a better location. Just a 5minutes drive or about 14 minutes walk to Albert Dock and other sites. There is a lovely restaurant next door which serves great food and staff are lovely. Not to mention that you get a discount when staying in the 007 boathouse. Martin, the owner was amazing and so patient with us as we were late checking in. Honestly, the pictures don’t do this place justice. We will not be staying in any more hotel rooms as a family from now on as long as the 007 can have us.

Fantastic value for money and would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely little touches like games to play, bread and milk provided, cosy throws etc. The views were lovely. 8 of us stayed and we had plenty of room. It was a real pleasure to stay here.

The only things I could possibly think of were the patio door leading from the front room to the balcony was damaged and didn’t open/shut easily. Some of the cable fencing around the side of the boat damaged so had to keep a very tight hold of the kids when outside on the deck (not that you wouldn’t do this anyway), and we could’ve figure out how to get the heaters to work, we could’ve rang the owner who I am sure would have come and sorted this for us though. Only very minor things though, it’s a lovely place to stay and we hope to come back again

It was a lovely experience to live in a boat, the establishment is equipped with everything needed, very quite, I loved to location which is near restaurants. The place is overall is what I wanted for this trip. I will definitely repeat it.

We thought it was great so these are details only, but.... TV remote control was a bit temperamental - only seemed to work held near to TV ( but screen was great - really good size). Could benefit from a better handrail & lighting on outside steps. Either an Alexa or accessible plugs at side of bed could be good - for music, radio, morning alarm, etc.
